Built in 1888, the ‘El Castillo’ is one of only a few Italianate style homes left standing in downtown Denver. This two-story home has been tastefully remodeled, with high-end finishes both in and out and is simply perfect for entertaining. Inside, there are three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with seating for nine, and a professionally landscaped outdoor area. While all bedrooms are on the upper level, there is a full bathroom with walk-in shower located on the main floor, just off the office and additional guest area. The office area is open and spacious with two skylights as well as being equipped with a Smart TV, business class Xfinity Internet, an ink jet printer and an acoustic guitar should you find yourself needing a break.

The El Castillo's location couldn't be better! Situated in the heart of Denver’s historic Arts District on Santa Fe, the home is just three blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and Denver’s Performing Arts Center. Union Station, Meow Wolf, various sporting venues, galleries and a plethora of fine restaurants are all easily accessed from the neighborhood which is quiet and peaceful at night, yet a short walk to the city center! The Auraria RTD light rail station is 1.5 blocks away, easily connecting travelers to all that surrounds the city. As nightfall approaches, the city's night views come to life from the semi-circular living and master bedroom area, and you'll come to appreciate the oversized jacuzzi tub when it's time to unwind . The outdoor covered patio is cozy and comfortable for entertaining, and there's a built-in, stainless steel gas grill, outdoor fireplace and a sitting area to enjoy the cool Colorado evenings. Up top, you'll find a walk-out deck off the west facing bedroom, with a sitting area and spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains.

For those who love to get out and exercise, you'll love the miles and miles of outdoor bike and running paths two blocks away, and when it's time to stock the kitchen, the local grocery is just around the corner.

**Colfax at Auraria - 1.5 blocks from home**

To reach this station from Union Station, take the C or E line to 10th & Osage; transfer to the D, F, or H line to Colfax at Auraria Campus. To reach the Convention Center/Theater District station, continue one stop past the Colfax at Auraria Station.

**10th & Osage - 5 blocks from home**

From Denver International Airport, take the A-Line to Denver's Union Station and transfer on the C or E line to 10th & Osage stop. From this station, it is about a three minute Uber or 10 minute walk, which eliminate the wait to transfer to the Colfax at Auraria Station which is 2 blocks from the home.

The home is 420/smoker friendly, but in outside areas only, at least ten feet away from windows and doors.
